A lovely violin from the JTL workshops this is the Strad model "Lutherie Vosgienne 68 Rue Reaumur, Paris". Beautifully made typical high quality workmanship which cememnted JTL as the number one producer of violins in France througout the 19th and 20th Centuries. 
 
This violin is in mint condition and is a very attractive amber yellow colour with a two piece back of beautiful flamed maple. 
 
The tone is excellent, bright  and mellow. 
 
The length of the back is 358 mm.
